ROSE IS A ROSE IS A ROSE A ROSE
A molecule is the smallest particle of a substance that has all of the physical and chemical properties of that substance, and is made up of one or more atoms.
It is the most central building block and the foundation of all things. As physicists have demonstrated, all molecules vibrate:
Molecules have a vibrational signature which can change during chemical processes. This means that all things have an inherent vibration, a certain level on which they vibrate. Even when things are seemingly perfectly still, the world is kept going through these vibrations.
The vibration is unique for each possible arrangement of atoms in a molecule. And according to quantum mechanics, each vibration also has a characteristic “energy level”.
The fact that everything vibrates on a specific energy level is taught in schools all over the world, but rarely is it discussed how knowledge about these frequencies can be used to our advantage.
Some objects have a higher density of vibrations while others vibrate on a lower level. Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz) units and signify the rate at which vibrations and oscillations occur.
When an atom is vibrating at a faster rate, it is defined as being on a higher frequency, while a slower pace is the same as being on a lower frequency.
For humans, the healthiest frequency is between 62 and 68 MHz. If we are stressed or suffer from infections or inflammations, our frequency can drop to 58 MHz.
There are a few daily routines available, to ensure that we keep the frequency at a healthy level. One is to eat food that is nutritious, vitamin-rich and on a high frequency.
This includes green leafy vegetables, such as lettuces, kale, arugula, collard greens, but also sprouts, fresh herbs, spices, beans, legumes, algae and fermented foods.
This might seem so obvious that it’s hardly worth mentioning: most people, even without detailed knowledge of the vibrating energy occurring on atomic level, are familiar with the satisfactory sensation that comes from eating fresh fruits and vegetables, that have grown strong and full of nourishment in the sun.
But putting it into words, and highlighting how it can be used on a daily basis, may serve as a good reminder that what we eat and surround ourselves with matter.
Already in 1826, French author Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote, “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are”. If we consistently source our energy from low-level energy items, this will make us slow, tired and sluggish.
On the other hand, we can raise our energy levels not only through what we eat but also through our other senses, such as touch and smell.
Many people will feel refreshed and more in balance after having spent a day in a garden full of flowers. Flowers have been found to have very high frequencies, and roses in particular have the highest frequency – 320 MHz.
Using rose-based perfumes, applying essential oils with rose extracts or simply having fresh roses around the house is a nice way to keep your everyday life well-scented, while also ensuring that your energy level remains on a beneficial frequency.
